What Are Some Relaxation Tips?

Stress happens. No matter how much we try to avoid it, feeling overwhelmed and anxious from time to time is inevitable. Lately though, I have been feeling more stressed out than usual. I find that I have less patience in certain situations and I am easily frustrated. Sometimes, I even have difficulty falling asleep at night. 

I’ve tried listening to relaxing music and taking deep breaths to de-stress my life as much as possible. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to do much! What do you do to relax? Are there any relaxation tips that you can share?
